Mid-Level Creative Designer (US)

Overview:

You produce convention-breaking, high-quality creative thinking and design work. You own projects from start to finish and build great client relationships, driving creative decision making and execution. You will be working on some of the world’s largest brands. You work with our Strategy team to take complex campaign information and turn it into visually stunning output. You are comfortable working within a brand framework to develop fresh concepts. You are comfortable generating your own ideas as well as collaborating with your team to develop ideas and concepts. You challenge yourself and are self-motivated to learn and push your creative output.  You input into overall creative strategy and contribute to Omobono’s mission to create award-winning work

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative creative ideas that challenge convention and delight our clients
• Working alongside clients to kick off new campaigns and scope deliverables
• Able to develop ideas as part of a team and build on others’ thinking
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with clients
• Gets stuck in and prepared to work collaboratively with strategy, accounts, your client and other agencies to deliver a great output
• Develop an understanding of clients, their industry and markets, keep up with trends
• Present work to clients and build strong relationships with those client teams

• Finely-tuned art-direction skills – memorable, amplifies the idea, supports the brand
• Design work shows understanding of platform requirements and technical functions
• Able to seamlessly move between projects and manage competing priorities
