We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can lead and execute a project from concept to completion. An expert at originating ideas, you draw on your influences to create clear, interesting and though-provoking work for our client.

We're looking for someone who can capture a big idea and flesh out its small details. You'll be just as comfortable ideating with a team as you are getting into the nitty-gritty of art direction. You're articulate, can sell-in your work and understand the idea behind the imagery. You're able to crystallise the thinking of strategists and writers, and get in the trenches with videographers and artworkers.

You leave your signature on your work, and can find a way to do so within brand guidelines. You might be interested in technology, art, film, music and more, and you bring these interests with you to the office. You're self motivated, always honing and pushing your own skills. You are autonomous, can own the presentation deck, and come up with the goods time and time again.

You're happy to be part of a team that values bravery, openness, diversity and originality. You're just as happy working remotely with our teams in Cambridge and Chicago, as you are with your close collaborators in London. You're interested in mentoring other members of the team and can encourage them to develop their skill sets. You will work closely with the Associate Creative Director to push the boundaries, always aiming to make the next project something you can be proud of.

About us

We look at all our work through a digital lens. We bring stories to life with technology, we build frictionless experiences, create campaigns that connect with customers and solve business challenges with leading-edge creative thinking.

What’s important to us?

  • We are open and honest in our communication – with each other and our clients
  • We work in an agile way so we can flex to our clients’ needs and for us as employees
  • We get in the trenches with our clients on a daily basis
  • We favour experimentation and small moves over planning for perfection
  • Our strength is in our collective expertise
  • We are ambitious in our growth plans, always pushing ourselves to be better.

We offer a flexible working environment and this means that you operate in a self-organising way with the team and us, the trust is in you. We work both remotely and in the physical office. Whilst we are working from home at present, we would ask that you are Cambridge or London-based so that when we do re-open you can get to our London office when needed.

Here at Omobono, we’re working hard to build an environment that’s close-knit and supportive – a place where the person you are matters as much as the job you do. Last year, our D&I team led a company-wide initiative to include personal pronouns on email signatures. This year, we have continued to focus on mental health at work, diversity in the hiring process and how best to tackle unconscious bias at large.  We are also incredibly proud to work with an external workplace support group to really champion employee wellbeing:

We wish you every success in your application! If you would like to informally talk to someone about the role, please do not hesitate to reach out to Laura Banks, Omobono’s People Manager at
