Speedcast sought to transform their customer experience by implementing a new strategy that put the customer at the centre of their UX. Their existing website was built on a legacy platform that lagged behind modern-day marketing. It lacked content support and did not reflect their ambitious growth strategy. They needed a sustainable and scalable solution that would support them for years ahead.
Interviewing and researching Speedcast customers gave Omobono's Experience, Strategy and UX team an abundance of valuable insights, enabling them to create CX maps for various customer journeys. Omobono mapped the Speedcast technology landscape and gathered functional and non-functional requirements, bringing together a solution architecture based on Sitecore 9.01 and Lucene search-based in Microsoft Azure. Customer engagement was boosted with flexible and personalised content, and it was also fully integrated with Speedcast marketing technology stack to allow for better customer visibility through analytics and dashboards.
